Privacy

FormBatch Local is operated independently from India. It is designed to avoid collecting document contents.

Files and values

Selected PDFs, CSV files, field names, mappings, CSV cells, generated PDFs, and ZIPs are processed in browser memory. They are not sent to our application server. They disappear from browser memory when the page is closed or reloaded; downloaded files remain on your device.

Anonymous product events

The public web tool records a random identifier that lasts only for the current page load, event type, page path, row-count range, error category, and optional campaign tags. It does not record filenames, form values, CSV cells, PDF bytes, precise row counts, or persistent advertising identifiers. Events are retained for up to 90 days to diagnose the funnel and failures.

Abuse prevention

The server temporarily stores a salted hash derived from an IP address for daily rate limiting. The original address is not stored in the application database. Rate-limit records expire after approximately two days. Cloudflare may process network metadata under its own service terms.

Support

The support form stores the message and optional email you submit. Routine cases are automatically classified and normally deleted within 90 days. Open unusual cases are retained only as needed and no longer than 365 days. Do not submit document contents, CSV rows, identity numbers, or confidential files.

Purchases

The merchant platform processes checkout, tax, receipts, refunds, and digital delivery under its privacy terms. The application may synchronize sale ID, product ID, currency, price, fee, sale status, date, and a salted email hash for financial analytics. Card or bank details are never received. Financial records may be retained where legally required.

Your choices

You can use the downloadable paid build offline, block optional web requests, or avoid the support form. To request access, correction, or deletion of support data, use the support form and include the ticket ID. Some transaction records may need to be retained by the merchant or operator for legal obligations.

Processors

Cloudflare provides hosting, database, and network protection. The activated merchant platform provides payment and file delivery. No document processing API, ad network, or data broker receives customer files.
