Product terms

These terms describe the software boundary in plain language. The merchant platform's checkout terms also apply to purchases.

Permitted use

You may use FormBatch Local on files you own or are authorized to process. You are responsible for the source data, the legal basis for processing it, the template, and review of generated output.

Supported scope

The software supports compatible AcroForm text fields, checkboxes, radio groups, dropdowns, and option lists. It does not promise support for scans, flat PDFs, XFA, encryption, signatures, OCR, scripts, calculations, every font, or every PDF producer.

Review requirement

The preview and row report help detect errors, but automated output can still be wrong because of source data, template design, fonts, viewer behavior, or unsupported PDF features. Review output before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, health, identity, employment, or regulatory documents.

License

A founding purchase grants one natural person a non-transferable license to use the purchased major version for their own work or their employer's internal work. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or provide the downloadable software itself to others. Generated PDFs belong to you subject to rights in the source files.

Availability and changes

The free site and support service may change or be withdrawn. The downloadable build is designed to work locally but still depends on a compatible browser and operating environment. No uptime or regulatory-compliance guarantee is made.

Liability boundary

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as a utility without warranties beyond mandatory consumer rights. The operator is not responsible for losses caused by unreviewed output, unauthorized source data, missed deadlines, or use outside the stated scope. Liability is not excluded where law does not permit exclusion.

Fair use and abuse

Do not attack the service, bypass rate limits, use the service to violate law or third-party rights, or submit confidential material to support. Access may be restricted to protect the service.

These terms do not remove statutory rights that apply to you. If a checkout term conflicts with mandatory law, mandatory law controls.
